Thus, in April 2005, 221b Baker Street, the first English bakery in the township, proudly flung open its doors.

Now, choosing that name wasn't a random act of literary love. We, like Sherlock Holmes, believed in meticulous attention to detail, in unraveling the mysteries of the perfect bake.
