We were baking smiles, one spicy bite at a time.

Fueled by the buzz of success (and fueled by even more delicious ideas), we set our sights on a new challenge: conquering the sugar cravings of our hometown, Indirapuram. But this time, it wasn't fiery red chilies that would tantalize taste buds, but delicate pastries, creamy puddings, and cakes so divine they would make angels sing (off-key, perhaps, but sing nonetheless). Thus, in April 2005, 221b Baker Street, the first English bakery in the township, proudly flung open its doors.

Now, choosing that name wasn't a random act of literary love. We, like Sherlock Holmes, believed in meticulous attention to detail, in unraveling the mysteries of the perfect bake. Every ingredient, every step, was carefully scrutinized, ensuring our creations were worthy of Baskerville himself (minus the hound, hopefully). Word spread faster than gossip in a small town. Soon, our bakery was the go-to destination for birthday celebrations, decadent indulgences, and afternoon tea parties where secrets were spilled over slices of melt-in-your-mouth carrot cake.
